A temporary full-time opportunity to gain experience across a variety of clinical rotations, allowing you to develop your skills, confidence, and professional practice while delivering high-quality care to patients across the continuum of care.

About the role
n
As a Graduate Physiotherapist, you will deliver entry-level physiotherapy services across a range of clinical areas while participating in a structured learning and development program. Working under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists, you will progressively develop your clinical reasoning, decision‐making, and professional practice skills while contributing to high-quality patient care. This role offers a unique prospect to consolidate your university learning through hands‐on clinical experience, structured supervision, and ongoing professional development across diverse healthcare settings.

About you
n
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Deliver entry-level Physiotherapy clinical services as rostered within Metro North HHS in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, including the provision of after hour services, shift work and weekend services.
n
- As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the clinical practice supervision of a more senior Physiotherapist.
n
- Manage an appropriate caseload using high level time management and prioritisation skills,
including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
n
- Provide direction, supervision and support to Allied Health Assistants.
n
- Provide operational supervision to pre-entry physiotherapy students, work experience students, or those involved in observational clinical placements.
