- Lead delivery across multiple digital and eCommerce projects
n
- Manage agency capacity, resourcing and forecasting
n
- Track project timelines, budgets, scope and profitability
n
- Identify risks, blockers and delivery issues early
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering and Client Success
n
- Improve project planning, processes and reporting
n
- Support and coach client-facing and delivery team members
n
- Work with discipline leads to improve project delivery methods
n
- Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders and clients throughout delivery

- Strong experience within a digital, eCommerce or software agency environment
n
- Experience managing complex digital projects and cross-functional teams
n
- Strong project and delivery management skills
n
- Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities
n
- Commercial awareness across budgets, scope, utilisation and project profitability
n
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management and forecasting
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Proactive, structured and solutions-focused approach
n

Shopify Plus or broader eCommerce experience is highly regarded
