Big Loaf Factory Bakery is a wholesale bakery in O'Connor, supplying Perth with the finest Australian bread and pastries. We're 'roll-ing' out a couple of recent positions for a permanent full-time Pastry Chef to 'puff' up our legendary team.

What you will do?

n

Our direct connection to the retail consumer means that despite being a wholesale factory operation, you still have the chance to have some creative input and respond to the changing needs of customers. Our pasty and bread offering includes:

Selection of hand curated breads

n

Sausage rolls and pies

n

Fillings like creme patisserie and our famous jam

n

Cakes,



vanilla slices and other delectable treats and of course... cinnamon scrolls

n

What can we offer you?

n

We are looking for a Pastry Chef keen to primarily work mornings with a 6am start with finish times according to position and production demands, but you will be home in time to enjoy the sunshine

n

We pay according to the relevant award, your qualifications (if any) and your experience and what can you bring to the team?

n

38 hour weekly roster with reasonable paid over time

n

Free carparking on site
