Appian Civil is a leading civil construction company delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the Darling Downs. We're currently seeking Civil Operators to join our team on a range of projects throughout the Toowoomba region.

About the Role
n
You'll be part of a hands-on crew supporting roadworks, drainage, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a skilled team that values safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
n
Duties include:
n
n
- Operation of excavators, skid steers, rollers, loaders, water Carts and other approved Plant
n
- Complete Bulk and detailed earthworks to design levels and specifications
n
- Assist with road construction and pavement works.
n
- Read and Interpret construction drawings
n
- Conduct daily machinery pre-starts
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Construction White Card – essential
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Previous experience in civil or construction.
n
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
n
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
