ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Line Leader, you will be supporting the Production Supervisors in leading a team of people and processes to achieve required production outputs without compromising on quality.

Duties include:

- Review daily rosters and assign workers to appropriate production line tasks.
- Review the production plan and set up the production line accordingly.
- Optimise production line efficiency and process flow.
- Ensure production meets quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of all on-floor efficiency and data capture software.
- Identify and resolve production line issues in a timely manner.
- Train and induct new production line employees.
- Drive improvements in line efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




- Ensure all quality assurance checks and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone who is confident leading people, comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and ready to take ownership of production outcomes.

You may currently be working in:

- Food manufacturing or production
- Food retail or supermarket operations
- Quick service restaurants (QSR)
- Hospitality or other fast-paced team environments
- A senior operator or team leader role

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience working in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience leading, coordinating or supervising a team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work effectively alongside a diverse workforce.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
- A driver's licence and reliable vehicle, or a reliable means of getting to work.

ROSTER

Monday to Friday:

- 6.00am - 2.16pm with potential for overtime.

REMUNERATION

- $36.34 per hour base rate.
