The Position

- Permanent, Full-Time Position
n
- Process Import Air transactions while assisting colleagues with all operational requirements
n
- Liaise with clients, overseas offices, carriers and suppliers
n
- Ensure the adherence to time critical deadlines
n
- Send pre alerts to customers and overseas offices
n
- Ensure all documentation is supplied and accurate
n
- Prepare invoices for clients
n
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
n
- Co-ordinate under-bond movements as required
n
- Escalate issues as required to your manager
n
- If possible,



this role can be a hybrid of Import Air and Warehouse Operations
n

The Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience in a similar role
n
- Robust customer service skills and professional communication
n
- Adaptable and solid work ethic in a fast-paced environment
n
- Expedient experience, preferred but not essential
n
- Has full Australian working rights, and based in VIC, Australia
n
- Preferred can operate a forklift, but not essential
n
