Project Sales Consultant | Luxury Real Estate | $250k OTE (Base + Comms)

An exciting opportunity is available for an up and coming Gold Coast Real Estate Agent or Project Sales Consultant or to join the onsite team of a high-profile luxury residential development on the Gold Coast.

This is an opportunity to represent a premium apartment offering backed by an established property group, with strong marketing support, quality buyer enquiry and an attractive commission structure.

The Opportunity

n

You will manage prospective purchasers throughout the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry and project presentation through to negotiation, contract execution and ongoing relationship management. Working within a professional display environment, you will engage with owner-occupiers, downsizers, investors and interstate buyers while delivering a highly personalised customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to and qualify incoming buyer enquiries
n
- Conduct private appointments and project presentations
n
- Build relationships with local, interstate and international buyers
n
- Communicate the project's lifestyle, location and investment benefits
n
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective purchasers
n
- Negotiate effectively and convert qualified opportunities into sales
n
- Manage purchasers through reservation, contract and settlement
n




- Maintain accurate pipeline and buyer information within the CRM
n
- Collaborate with the wider sales, marketing and development teams
n
- Represent the project professionally at inspections and events
n

About You

n

n
- Previous success in residential, project or off-the-plan property sales
n
- Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A polished and consultative approach to selling
n
- Confidence engaging with discerning and high-net-worth purchasers
n
- Excellent organisation and disciplined enquiry follow-up
n
- Ability to perform within a target-driven sales environment
n
- Knowledge of the Gold Coast property market is advantageous
n
- Current Queensland real estate registration or licence
n
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
n
- Experience within luxury apartments, new developments or investment property is a bonus
n
- Multilingual candidates are also encouraged to apply
