Job Description

Evolve Talent is recruiting for a permanent full time facility leader in Maryborough to oversee day‐to‐day operations, finance and HR, and drive high‐quality person‐centred care in a medium‐sized residential aged care facility.

You will report to the Regional Manager, partner with your clinical lead, and lead staff to meet accreditation standards while maximizing revenue and promoting a positive, safe home environment for residents and staff.
