Job Description
JLE Group is seeking a skilledWorkshop Boilermakerforfull-timeworkshop-based fabrication and maintenance supporting construction, mining, and tunnelling equipment hire.

About the Role
n
The primary focus is fabrication, installation, and maintenance of enclosures, skids, and industrial equipment, providing effective and efficient maintenance skills to ensure JLE equipment performs at optimum condition.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Make, fit, or repair equipment to ensure JLE equipment is in optimum condition for intended use.
n
- Ensure all work meets MGH safety/housekeeping requirements and conforms to relevant regulations.
n
- Identify faults using fault-finding techniques, troubleshoot, and rectify problems.
n
- Conduct root cause analysis on failures and schedule follow-up actions.
n
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance/repairs.
n
- Perform general trade duties including welding, cutting, grinding, heat treatment, and stress relieving of steels.
n
- Undertake installation of current and fabricated components.
n
- Perform assigned duties safely and on time.
n
- Abide by all MGH policies/procedures and Work Health & Safety legislation.
n
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and pre-start meetings.
n

What you'll bring
n

- Certificate III Boilermaker - Fabrication (Australian Nationally Accredited trade certificate) or demonstrated capability through past employment/relevant qualifications.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- White Card.
n
- Safety conscious attitude.
n
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
n
- First Aid.
n
