Job Description

Pathfinders is seeking part-time Therapeutic Youth Workers to assist in Intensive Therapeutic care for young people in residential settings in Taree and Coffs Harbour.

You will deliver high quality therapeutic supports, collaborating with the Team Leader, Caseworker, and Therapeutic Specialist to provide care in a home-like setting that helps young people heal from trauma, in line with SCHADS Award Level 4 Pay Point 1.
