Wilson Medic One is looking for an organised, capable and proactive RTO Coordinator to join our training team.
n
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys making things work. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operational requirements of our RTO including keeping training schedules on track, maintaining accurate records, coordinating key RTO processes and making sure the details don't get missed.
n
You'll work closely with our Training Manager, Student Services, and Trainers and Assessors in a small, collaborative team.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Coordinating our training calendar, trainer allocations and training facilities
n
- Keeping a close eye on upcoming courses and making sure we're ready for delivery
n
- Maintaining accurate records in aXcelerate and associated systems
n
- Coordinating student completions, certification, withdrawals and cancellations
n
- Coordinating Credit Transfer and RPL administration
n
- Maintaining trainer and assessor records and documentation
n
- Supporting AVETMISS, NCVER and other RTO reporting activities
n
- Coordinating validation schedules and industry consultation records
n
- Monitoring deadlines and identifying missing or incomplete requirements
n
- Supporting quality assurance,
audit preparation and continuous improvement
n
- Identifying opportunities to make our systems and processes work better
n

About you
n
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable taking ownership and good at seeing what needs to happen next.
n
You'll be someone who:

- Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of the detail
n
- Takes responsibility for getting things finished
n
- Is confident working with systems, databases and Microsoft Office
n
- Communicates clearly and works well with different people
n
- Can spot a problem, work through it and know when something needs to be escalated
n
- Enjoys improving processes rather than accepting "that's how we've always done it"
n
n
Previous experience in an RTO or vocational education environment is highly desirable. Experience with aXcelerate and knowledge of AVETMISS, certification, Credit Transfer, RPL or validation processes would be particularly valuable.
