3D Recruitment is representing a nationally operating commercial fit-out, shopfitting and refurbishment contractor to appoint an experienced Site Foreman for projects across Melbourne. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a confident Site Foreman who can coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries and site activities while maintaining programme, quality and safety across fast-paced fit-out environments.

THE ROLE

n

n
- Take ownership of day-to-day site operations across commercial fit-out projects.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries and site activities.
n
- Ensure works are progressing in line with programme, quality and safety requirements.
n
- Manage site logistics, sequencing and coordination of multiple trades.
n
- Monitor workmanship and ensure construction activities meet project specifications.
n
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain project progress.
n
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive site environment.
n
- Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients and other project stakeholders.
n

YOU

n

n
- Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Foreman or similar within commercial construction or fit-out.
n
- Experience across retail, hospitality, office or refurbishment projects.
n
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and trade coordination.
n
- Confident managing subcontractors and multiple trades on site.
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with trades and stakeholders.
n
- Practical, hands-on and solutions-focused approach to site management.
