We're looking for an experienced Payroll Manager who can manage the payroll function, improving processes and ensuring payroll runs like clockwork.

n

You'll be the go-to expert for payroll across the business, supporting a high-performing recruitment team, driving efficiencies and helping shape how payroll operates as we continue to grow.

What you'll be doing

n

- Managing our payroll team and function, creating a positive culture
n
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end payroll function across the business
n
- Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, every time
n
- Managing payroll compliance, legislation, superannuation, payroll tax and reporting requirements
n
- Building strong relationships with leaders across Finance, Operations and the wider business
n
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems and reduce manual administration
n
- Managing payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting
n

You're someone who takes pride in delivering a seamless payroll experience and enjoys finding smarter ways of working.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience managing an end-to-end payroll function
n
- Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
n
- Experience with FT360 is desirable
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across the business
n
- Strong systems and reporting capability
n
- Experience in Healthcare award interpretation is desirable but not essential
n
