Key Responsibilities

- Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all.
n
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
n
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
n
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
n
- Maintaincleanliness and organisation of the pool area.
n
- Provide excellent customer service andassistguests with inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

n

This prospect requires the new candidate to undergo,



and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.

- Current NPLQ certification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
n
- Proficient in swimming.
n
- Excellent observation and decision-making skills.
n
- Ability tomaintainfocus and act quickly in emergency situations.
n
- Friendly and approachable attitude withgood communicationskills.
n
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
