This is a brand-new chance to take ownership of a complex project comprising 350 apartments with ground-floor retail, delivering the project from early works through to completion.

About You

- 10+ years' construction industry experience
n
- Proven experience delivering residential, mixed-use or high-rise developments
n
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
n
- Experience delivering projects valued at $150M+
n
- Tier 1, Tier 2 or developer-builder background
n
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
n
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams from commencement through to completion
n
