I am looking for an IT Technical Business Analyst to help my client embark on a range of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

This is a hands‐on BA role working across multiple digital projects, partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver customer‐facing digital solutions.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping
n
- Prepare business cases, functional specifications and project documentation
n
- Support testing, business change and solution delivery
n
- Work across website, CRM, CMS and digital transformation projects

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 7+ years' experience as an IT/Digital Business Analyst
n
- Solid background delivering digital, web or enterprise application projects.
n
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sitecore, SharePoint or similar enterprise technologies
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
n

n

This is a 12 month contract with view to extend.

n

Day rate is up to $900 + Super per day (Over $1,000 + GST for ABN)

n

Hybrid work arrangementswith 3 days in their Sydney CBD offices.

n
