Scania Australia is expanding its Assistance Call Centre team in Campbellfield. Join a global Scania Assistance network providing 24/7 breakdown support and peace of mind for our customers.

In this hybrid role, you will handle customer calls, guide them through the recovery process, coordinate with workshops, and keep everyone informed to get the vehicle mobile quickly. Prior call centre or automotive technical experience is valued.
