About the Role

n

As a Casual Educator, you will:

n

n
- Support children's learning and development across various age groups
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
n
- Assist in delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences
n
- Contribute to daily routines and centre operations
n
- Support observations, documentation, and programming where required
n
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively studying towards one
n
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
n
- Previous experience working within a long day care setting
n
- Flexibility to work across different rooms and availability to accept shifts at short notice
n
- A passion for supporting children's learning, growth, and wellbeing
n
