About the Project

Our client are an established general contractor who are delivering a landmark $300M industrial project that will set new benchmarks in safety, efficiency, and innovation. This large-scale development includes complex civil, structural, and mechanical packages, requiring exceptional leadership and coordination at every stage of construction.

The Opportunity

n

They are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to take full responsibility for on-site delivery of this high-profile project. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage all in office construction activities from mobilisation through to completion
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
n
- Drive project programme and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
n
- Monitor and manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting
n
- Conduct daily and weekly site meetings and progress reporting
n
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively
n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
n




- Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
n

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you will be a proven construction leader with substantial experience delivering large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum 10-15 years' construction experience, including senior site management roles
n
- Demonstrated experience managing projects $100M+ (industrial, infrastructure, or major commercial preferred)
n
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site logistics
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proven track record in health & safety leadership
n
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and large site teams
n
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
n
