We're currently looking for a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

n

Our Service Department is built on exceptional customer service, ensuring long term relationships are built and maintained with all customers, so we're looking for someone with fantastic interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining our great reputation.

You'll be responsible for

n

n
- Providing assistance to both Customers and Service Department staff
n
- Developing and maintaining positive relations with both customers and vehicle manufacturers
n
- Building & developing recent Service Sales opportunities
n
- Costing and invoicing of customer repair orders
n
- Processing Service Claims/Warranty claims once customer Repair orders are completed
n

n





While any prior experience and/or knowledge of the automotive industry would be highly regarded, it is not essential and we welcome applications from candidates who have worked in other customer service focused industries.

- A clean drivers licence with no restrictions

- Competent IT skills, proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office and eraPower DMS systems.

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday.
