Job Description

Junction Support Services in Victoria is seeking a part time Night Line Youth Development Coach to support young people aged 16–24 in a residential learning environment, using Advantaged Thinking to build confidence and independent living skills.

You will work 56 hours per fortnight on a rotating night roster, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed practice, relationship-building and cross-agency collaboration.
