We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer / AWS DevOpsfor a leading IT consulting client in Sydney.

n

This role will play a critical role in supporting the Cloud practice development and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex cloud-based solutions for our clients, including leading banks, ASX-listed companies, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design,build, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS technologies.
n
- Provideexpertise in DevOps methodologies and best practices, including CI/CDpipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation.
n
- Participatein the design and development of cloud-based solutions, working closelywith other teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and businessobjectives.
n
- Manage,monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability andscalability.
n
- Collaboratewith stakeholders to ensure that cloud solutions are designed withsecurity, reliability, and scalability in mind.
n
- Providetechnical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
n
- Keepup-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology.

Requirements





n

n
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
n
- Aminimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering and DevOps, with astrong focus on AWS.
n
- Hands-onexperience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, andCloudFormation.
n
- Strongknowledge of automation and scripting languages, such as Python andTerraform.
n
- Knowledgeof containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
n
- Experiencewith CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration and delivery.
n
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to workeffectively in a team environment.
n
- Abilityto work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus ondelivering results.
