- Support customers through their optical journey, from initial enquiry to final fit, with accuracy, care and confidence

- Ensure prescriptions are handled correctly, frames are fitted perfectly, and every detail meets the highest standard

- Use strong product knowledge to guide customers to the right optical solutions, balancing style, comfort and function
n
- Work closely with the wider team to keep the store flowing, especially in busy moments

- Maintain high operational and compliance standards, ensuring everything is done properly,
