We're on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and great service.

At Komatsu, you won't just process invoices — you'll play a key role in keeping our business moving, our suppliers smiling, and our controls rock‐solid.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Processing high‐volume supplier invoices and employee expenses with speed and precision.
n
- Performing 3‐way matching, GL allocation, and statement reconciliations.
n
- Making sure payments are accurate, on time, and policy‐compliant.
n
- Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries quickly.
n
- Maintaining clean master data and supporting scanning & AP systems.
n
- Helping uphold solid financial controls, governance, and audit readiness.
n
- Being a go‐to AP expert in a collaborative, supportive team.
n

What are we looking for

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a large or shared‐services environment.
n
- Solid SAP ECC knowledge and confidence working with AP systems and scanning tools such as Open Text is highly desirable.
n
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
n




- A sharp eye for detail (you spot the $0.01 differences).
n
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‐first mindset.
n
- The ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
n
- A team‐player attitude with the confidence to work independently.
n
- Exposure to change management or project management is a bonus!
n
- Experience with managing overseas vendors is highly regarded.
n
- A systems savvy individual with a keenness to learn new systems.
n
