Westpac is hiring a part time Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact in our branch. You will welcome customers, understand their banking needs and guide them with a helpful, friendly approach.
Key duties include handling cash deposits and withdrawals, end‑of‑day balancing, and educating customers on online banking and our mobile app. You will refer complex cases to Home Loans or Business Banking while keeping compliance.
