About the role:
n
We arecurrently seeking an Administration Support Officer to join ourteam in headspace Emerald. Our Administration Support Officer isthe first point of contact for enquiries at headspace Emerald andwill provide a range of general administrative and reception dutiessupporting the headspace Emerald Team.
n
What will atypical day look like?
n
n
- Provide day to dayreception and administrative support
n
- Make appointmentsfor young people
n
- Meet and greetvisitors to headspace Emerald
n
- Proivde headspacerelated information to young people, their families andfriends
n
- Ensure accuratedata collecting and recording into variousapplications
n
- Ensure themonitoring, purchasing and maintenance of printing andstationery supplies as required
n
- Facilitate theutilisation of the fleet vehicles, inclusive of cleaning,service and repairs
n
n
MandatoryRequirements:
n
n
- Certificate III inbusiness/office administration (or related discipline) andexperience in a similar position; or
n
- Aminimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness toachieve a Certificate III in the recommended time fromenrolment.
n
