About the Role

n

With your experience in House and Land Coordinator or 12 months as a Sales Consultant in a Land Sales role, your primary focus is tosupport our Queensland Housing Business in completing H&L; Packages for our Business Development Managers (BDM's) in our Aplace and Wholesale team.

- Prepare House & Land packages for the sales team
n
- Be able to read & understand engineering drawings, Plan of Subdivisions & Estate Design Guidelines
n
- Be able to Source land to package onto
n
- Ideally have existing relationships with land agents & if not then have the ability to develop those relationships
n
- Manage stock list/portal
n
- General admin support for the sales team
n
- Liaise with internal Sales Consultants on retail packages
n
- Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate
n
- Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, telephone or written.

About You

n

Previous experience in similar role within the residential construction Industry (highly desirable).

- We anticipate that you will already possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.
