Following the launch of our Burwood store in 2025, we're excited to open our next location near Hyde Park in October 2026. We're known for our signature cream-filled donuts, specialty coffee, handcrafted pastries, and warm, friendly hospitality.

We're looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Cafe All-Rounders to join our Hyde Park opening team.

n

You'll work across different areas of the café, helping serve customers, prepare drinks, maintain our displays, and keep the store running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
n
- Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.
n
- Serve donuts, pastries, coffee, and other menu items.
n
- Assist with basic beverage preparation as required.
n
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays.
n
- Restock products, packaging, and service supplies throughout the day.
n
- Maintain clean and organised front-of-house, dining,



and service areas.
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
n
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
n
- Work closely with baristas, pastry, and management teams to ensure smooth service.
n

About You

- Previous café, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
n
- Friendly and confident when communicating with customers.
n
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
n
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
n
- Passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience.
n
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
