Le Mans Toyota, part of Peter Kittle Motor Company, is currently looking for an enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our Recent Car Sales Team.

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, high performer with experience in vehicle sales, managing and leading our sales team to:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the sales departments/staff;
n
- Developing and executing sales strategies;
n
- The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department;
n
- High-quality customer service;
n
- Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff; and
n
- Representing the Company within the community
