Job Description

The Queensland Government's Patient Access and Coordination Hub (PACH) at Rockhampton Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager PACH Coordinator to lead patient flow, capacity planning and inter-hospital transfers across CQHHS, using real-time information to connect patients with the right care at the right time.

You will champion admission pathways, collaborate with rural and remote clinicians, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely and secure patient care.
