The prospect
n Reporting to – and being mentored 1:1 by – a highly respected Accredited Specialist
n Partner, you will:

n

n
- Run your own plaintiff personal injury practice and client files
n
- Act for clients in a mix of:Institutional abuse claims (highly regarded experience),CTP (motor vehicle accident) claimsPublic liability claimsWork injury damages matters.
n
- Conduct all aspects of litigation, including:
n
- Liability and quantum assessment
n
- Drafting pleadings and advices
n
- Preparing evidence and briefing counsel
n
- Negotiations, mediations and court appearances where appropriate;
n
- Work closely with senior practitioners on more complex or high-value matters;
n
- Contribute to matter strategy, client care and process improvement within the team
n

Depending on your level (2+ PQE up to Senior Associate), you'll be given responsibility and autonomy appropriate to your experience.

About you
n We'd love to hear from you if you:

n

n
- Are admitted as a solicitor in NSW (or able to be admitted)
n
- Have minimum 2+ years' post-admission experience running your own plaintiffpersonal injury files in at least two of:Institutional abuse claims (highly regarded),CTP,Public liability,Work injury damages
n
- Have solid litigation and court advocacy experience
n
- Possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation, case law and procedure
n
- Have excellent communication, client care and advocacy skills
n
- Are proactive, results- and deadline-driven, with a "can-do" positive attitude
n
- Are hungry to advance your career long-term with an outstanding, innovative plaintifffirm
