Site Manager – High-End Residential Manage multiple luxury residential projects valued from $3 million

An established high-end residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple luxury projects across Sydney.

n

You will manage several projects concurrently, each valued at $3 million or more. this is a genuine leadership role suited to someone who can maintain control across multiple sites without compromising quality, programme or client expectations.

The role

n

n
- Oversee multiple high-end residential projects from construction through to handover
n
- Manage and support the site teams across each project
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and construction programmes
n
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, presentation and workmanship
n
- Monitor site safety, compliance, costs and project timeframes
n
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects and consultants
n
- Identify and resolve construction issues before they affect delivery
n
- Provide clear reporting across each project
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Carpentry or trade background
n




- At least five years' experience managing high-end residential projects
n
- Experience delivering luxury homes valued at $3 million or more
n
- Strong construction knowledge and attention to detail
n
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects or site teams
n
- Confident managing demanding clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
- Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Current NSW driver's licence
n
- Relevant construction qualifications and White Card
n
