We're hiring an Account Executive who wants more than just an inbound sales seat: someone who'll look after the leads already coming in, then step up to also find and engage current businesses to make locally famous.

The role

n

n
- 1 You'll start by nurturing and converting the inbound leads our marketing already generates - real conversations with SME owners about where they are now and where they want to get to.
n
- 2 As you make the role your own, and we're the right fit for each other, you'll begin to grow the outbound function alongside the inbound.
n
- 3 From there, it's a genuine path to owning the business development function in South East Queensland.

Who we're looking for

n

We'd love to hear from you if you've sold media or advertising before. But if you're a gun B2B salesperson with the hunger to build and the discipline to follow a process, don't rule yourself out. Attitude absolutely beats résumé.

n

You'll be target-oriented,



and able to work independently and as part of a small but mighty team that punches well above its weight.

n

- $150K+ OTE - year one
n
- Commission is uncapped, and your OTE in year two will grow past the $190K mark as your customer bookings compound.
