Concentis is looking for Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead residential projects in QLD. Oversee construction, coordinate teams, and ensure quality outcomes on every build. Perfect for experienced, hands-on leaders passionate about residential construction.

Your Next Opportunity:

Concentis is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead our clients construction teams across high-end residential projects in Loganholme, QLD. You'll be responsible for in office delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet our high-quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects while working with a collaborative, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
n
- Manage subcontractors,



trade teams, and site personnel to deliver projects on time and on budget.
n
- Coordinate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Client teams to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
n
- Track project progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with all construction and quality standards.
n
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation for project handovers.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve site processes and construction workflows.
n

About You:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar in residential construction
n
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
n
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Confident communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
n
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management systems
n
