Responsibilities

- Lead and manage your designated section to ensure the consistent delivery of premium quality dishes.

- Execute menu items with precision, maintaining exceptional presentation and portion control during service.

- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and senior team to uphold culinary vision and operational excellence.

- Supervise and support junior team members within your section, fostering a culture of growth and communication.

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; standards at all times.

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a premium or fine dining restaurant.

- A solid understanding of WH&S; regulations and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organised workstation.

- A passion for excellence, a creative mindset, and a desire to work with high-quality woodfire techniques.

- Strong leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
