Job Description

Goodwe has a dedicated team for Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Junior Engineer to join the team, in-line with the company growth. This position is flexible in Australia with periods working from home and occasional travel. This role would suit a recent university graduate or someone early in their career and looking for a position that could grow over time.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and post sales support.
n
- Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.
n
- Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions
n
- Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis
n
- Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
n




- Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.
n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.
n
- Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar industry especially dealing with product trouble shootings
n
- Strong ability to analyse and solve problems independently.
n
- Reliable and self-motivated
n
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
n
- Robust Microsoft office skills
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment,
n
- A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
n
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
n
