Hands Out Build Group is a rapidly growing national maintenance and construction company delivering facility maintenance, construction and infrastructure solutions across Australia.

We want to expand our team immediately. We are open to engaging either:

- One experienced professional to undertake both the National Maintenance Operations Coordinator and Business Development Manager responsibilities; or
n
- Two separate candidates, each specialising in one of the roles.
n

n

We are flexible and will structure the position based on the successful applicant(s).

Role Overview

n

National Maintenance Operations Coordinator/Manager

n

n
- Strong experience in maintenance industry is essential.
n
- Manager national maintenance work orders from allocation through to completion in time with good quality
n
- Schedule and manage trades across multiple locations throughout Australia.
n
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
n
- Monitor project progress and provide regular client updates.
n
- Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
n
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards.
n
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
n

Business Development Manager

n

n
- Strong experience in national maintenance industry is essential.
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
n
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
n
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
n
- Work closely with the operations team to deliver tailored maintenance solutions.
n
- Represent Hands Out Build Group professionally across commercial, government and private sectors.
n
- Contribute to revenue growth and strategic business development.
n

Skills & Experience

n

- Fantastic Experience in national maintenance
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Experience of tenders is highly regarded.
n
