We now have the following position available in our main kitchen.

Cook - Full Time/Permanent

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
n
- Working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Ability to work well under pressure.
n
- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
n
- Working across all sections of the kitchen including pans and fryers
n
- Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to.
n
- General kitchen cleaning duties as required.

Essential skills required:

n

n
- Certificate III is Commercial Cookery (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Experience in commercial cookery
n
- Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
n
- Experience in food preparation and plating up.
n
