We are a leading fire protection company in the Sydney area with over 50 years of experience and a strong qualified reputation. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service, and we are looking for an additional Fire Door Technician to join our growing team.

Job overview

n

n
- Installation of fire-rated and non-rated doors in accordance with Australian Standards
n
- Installation of frames and backfilling in accordance with relevant BCA regulations
n
- Inspection, testing, servicing and maintenance of doors and hardware
n
- Liaising with clients and residents in a professional and respectful manner
n
- Coordinating with management, office support, suppliers, subcontractors and service staff
n

n

Required

n

n




- Relevant trade qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Proven experience installing and maintaining passive fire doors and hardware to standard
n
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, Working with Children Check and police clearance (our sites include schools, hospitals and residential buildings)
n

Nice to have

n

n
- Experience with Uptick software (training provided if not)
n
- Strong problem-solving on site and an eye for detail
n
