James Milson Village is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our clinical team at Woolwich Residential Aged Care.

The role

n

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

n

- Deliver protected, high-quality clinical care to residents
n
- Conduct assessments and respond to changes in resident condition
n
- Administer medications and treatments
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
n
- Support and guide care staff
n
- Collaborate with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
n
- Promote resident wellbeing and quality of life
n

n

Casual Shifts are offered based on operational need, planned leave and surge coverage.

n

About you

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
n




- Experience working as a Registered Nurse in aged care, acute or sub acute settings
n
- Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills
n
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
n
- Reliable, professional and adaptable across varying shift types
n
- Availability across AM, PM and overnight shifts
n

n

Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded. Nurses with acute or sub acute backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
