Job Description

Bethanie is seeking a Case Manager for their Home Care team in Western Australia. You will coordinate Home Care services for a portfolio spanning Baldivis to Rockingham, using a wellness and reablement approach to support independence and quality of life.

The role is permanent, with Monday–Friday hours, balancing client visits, some work from home, and at least one day per week onsite at the Port Kennedy office.
