Mistral is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to scale APAC HR infrastructure, covering payroll, onboarding, and multi-country compliance. You will partner with local and international stakeholders to design efficient HR systems and lifecycle processes, with relocation options to Singapore, Australia, Japan or Korea.
Ideal candidates will have 8–15 years in HR, robust APAC regulatory experience, and hands-on payroll management with EoR frameworks.
