Optus is seeking a Senior Manager, Scam Prevention to lead the anti-scam function in Australia. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and involves building scalable prevention processes and collaborating with Customer, Technology, and Cyber teams.

You will drive governance, stay ahead of scam tactics and regulatory changes, and embed scam prevention into products, services, and customer experiences. Robust leadership and analytics are essential.
