MiCare is a not-for-profit organisation delivering aged care, home care, retirement living and migrant support services. The Personal Care Assistant/Home Support Worker role supports clients to live independently at home, delivering services per their care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with household tasks, personal care, shopping, transport and community access, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care across diverse communities.
