Bakery Production Assistant - Casual - Afternoon Shift - 10:00am to 8:00pm

About the Role

Brasserie Bread is seeking skilled Bakersto join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality artisan breads and pastries, including sourdough, croissants, loaves, and specialty products, following our traditional recipes and hand-crafted techniques.

n

You will work closely with our bakery and pastry production teams to ensure consistent product quality and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads and pastries, including sourdough, croissants, and loaves
n
- Follow recipes and hand-made artisan techniques to maintain product consistency and quality
n
- Assist the production team with day-to-day bakery operations
n
- Maintain Food Safety and HACCP standards in all processes
n
- Ensure production areas are clean, organised, and safe
n

About You

n

We are looking for candidates who are:

n

n
- Experienced in artisan bread baking, preferably with sourdough, croissants, or similar products
n
- Hardworking, with a high attention to detail
n
- Knowledgeable in food safety practices (HACCP knowledge advantageous)
n
- Passionate about food and baking
n




- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production workplace
n
- Punctual, well-presented, and a team player
n
- Excellent communication and reading skills
n
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years production or food manufacturing experience
n
