The Opportunity

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
n
n
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care.
n
- Undertake comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
n
- Monitor mental state, treatment response and recovery outcomes.
n
- Develop and review care plans in collaboration with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic records.
n
- Participate in quality improvement, education and professional development activities.
n
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and safety-focused team culture.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing.
n
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
n
Relocation Support
n
n
- Candidates will initially be assisted to apply for a Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa.
n
- Following six months of employment, eligible candidates may be supported through the Subclass 186 Permanent Residency pathway.
n
- Generous relocation package of up to AUD$15,000 plus up to 12 weeks of temporary accommodation.
