About the Role

n

The Webster Packer position plays a vital part in ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and on schedule through dose administration aids.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare and pack Webster Packs with precision
n
- Maintain strict attention to detail when handling medications
n
- Support pharmacists with dispensing workflows and stock management
n
- Follow pharmacy procedures and quality standards
n
- Complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately and diligently
n
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, assistants, patients and other key stakeholders
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dispensary
n

About You

n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Previous Webster packing or pharmacy experience (preferred)
n
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- Clear, professional communication skills

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- A genuine interest in supporting community healthcare
