Job Description

An opportunity to join a well-established global industrial manufacturing organisation on an initial 6-month contract. The business is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support process optimisation and continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations.

The Role

n

Working closely with Engineering, Production and Operations, you will identify and deliver practical improvements across site processes.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
n
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
n
- Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities
n
- Develop and improve SOPs and standardised processes
n
- Support process trials and CAPEX initiatives
n




- Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams
n

n

Your background

n

n
- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
n
- Experience in Process, Manufacturing or Production Engineering
n
- Background in industrial, chemical or high-volume manufacturing
n
- Robust Lean, CI and root cause analysis experience
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
- Hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management skills
n
