This role suits an experienced residential Site Supervisor who values structure, consistency and a business that genuinely supports its Supervisors. It is ideal for someone who takes pride in overseeing build quality, scheduling and site delivery, and prefers a project focused environment without the customer interaction. You will be trusted to run your sites well, with clear processes, realistic workloads and strong operational support behind you.

What you will be doing

- Supervising new home builds from site start to completion
n
- Coordinating trades, inspections and build schedules
n
- Maintaining safety, compliance and build standards
n
- Working with construction and admin teams to remove friction
n
- Delivering homes on programme and to standard
n

What we are looking for

- Experience supervising residential new home builds
n
- Strong planning and time management skills
n
- Confident leadership style on site
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, or evidence your application has been submitted
n
- A practical, quality‐focused mindset
n
