Job Description

Djirra is seeking a Community Engagement Officer to help drive a community-led Justice Reinvestment design for Melbourne's West. You will design and lead participatory engagement activities, from grassroots conversations to large workshops, working with the JR Manager and Governance Group.

In this role you will build relationships across community and government, shaping the JR Strategy while mentoring casual facilitators and delivering inclusive engagement outcomes.
